Our Shipping Policy and Delivery Options
Order Processing and Shipment
Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Washington, North Carolina and New York. All of our bunkbeds are shipped supplier-direct to the buyer. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1 to 4 weeks.
Items that weigh less than 150 lbs., are shipped standard ground via UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.
Items over 150lbs, or 165 inches in length and grith combined, are shipped LTL via our freight carriers. Our bunk beds are shipped palletized to minimize any damages during transit.
Due to the rapidly increasing COVID-19 cases, many of our carriers are experiencing staffing shortages and shipping delays. ETA delivery times can vary depending on the carrier. If there is a delay in delivery times (beyond our control) we will notify you of updated ETA times. Our customer support team is always working diligently to ensure your shipment is delivered on time with minimum delays.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouses to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within eight business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@landhillbeds.com or our online chat, available 9 am to 5 pm, M - F.
Delivery Options
Shipping is always free to US destinations (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to international destinations.
We provide shipping insurance on your item. This protects your shipments against losses like damages, porch-piracy, and lost items and gives you peace of mind knowing that if you receive your item damaged or lost, there is no charge to you for return or replacement and expedited reshipment.
Our bunk beds require special handling to prevent damage. Our professionals will lift, move and assemble your bunk bed in any room at your request, at an additional cost.

- Threshold Delivery - we will deliver your package to the nearest dry area.

Damages
Please note that the recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages or defects. Take pictures of all damages. For items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery. Any claims for damages need to be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order. Please note that a damage claim can take up to 4 weeks to process before a replacement or repair parts are shipped.
Cancellations & Refunds
Should you need to return your merchandise, please first review our return policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, the loss of the product, and may void any possibility of a refund. We do not accept Refused deliveries (for non-damaged goods) and no refunds will be authorized for Refused deliveries.
